Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days and shipped via USPS. Once shipped, delivery usually takes [3–7] business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We hope to expand and be able to in the future.

How should I store my soap?
Keep bar soap in a dry, well-ventilated dish between uses to help it last longer. Balms, salves, bath bombs, and bath teas are best kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What's the shelf life of your products?
Our soaps and body care products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients and are best used within 6-12 months of purchase for the best quality and scent.

Are your products good for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients, but everyone's skin is different. Check the ingredient list on each product page, and if you have known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend doing a small patch test first.

What's your return/exchange policy?
Due to the handmade, personal-care nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 15 days and we'll make it right.

Can I request a custom scent or size?
Yes - We cannot guarantee a new soap recipe but we do take customer requests seriously and research the possibility of a new line. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll see what we can do.
